We've been with RingCentral for a couple of years now and are very pleased with their services. The few times I needed to use their customer service, they were helpful and competent.
I have NEVER dropped a call using their system and find the features they have to be very helpful for our needs. The price is right too.
I'm seeing lots of bad reviews, and wanted to take the time to offer another point of view. The only other VoIP I've used is Skype, which I constantly experience dropped calls, or have call quality issues. Same computer, same headset, same connection. Differences between RingCentral and Skype are like night and day.
I highly recommend RingCentral if you are looking for a virtual PBX system.
