Ring Central's own customer service phones don't work!!!

I have been trying for two weeks to cancel my service and their toll-phone phone doesn't work and their direct dial line doesn't work. I finally got on a "live chat" and the guy "Eisach Yambao" couldn't even call me to transfer me to cancel my service. This is the absolutely worse service I have ever seen. I had previously used them for virtual phone and been fairly happy but then when we added the fax service - all hell broke loose. I would not recommend them to anyone. It's like a black hole when you try to cancel your service!!!!
