Ring Central is a terrible service. I've used it for 6 years (inertia) but I have had many dropped calls, terrible customer service, pushy sales people, and their iPhone ap is TERRIBLE!! The iPhone ap crashes repeatedly and they can never seem to get it to work. Don't use RC or you'll be sorry!

Everytime I call in they tell me to reboot my phone, and when that doesnt work, they tell me to call my ISP and get more band width. ENOUGH is ENOUGH. You guys are full of crap. Every day I get calls from my employees and they tell me, call quality sucks, they are getting dropped calls. And your multi million dollar company and you can not figure it out. Well I just did.

I just got rid of your service and went to Comvoice out of Phoenix Arizona. Great guys from sales, to support to the installation team. They explained to me why your stuff doesnt work, and why theres does. I have been with Comvoice for 6 months now, and have had no problems. I am not getting calls from the employees complaining, so I am thrilled.

I was with Ring Central, and had nothing but issues with my phone system. You would call into support, and they would say reboot your phone, or you need more band width. I heard this for 7 months until enough was enough. Obviously they had no clue what they where doing. Every day I was getting calls from all the employees about the phones quality issues. A friend of mine recommend a company called Comvoce out of Phoenix. I gave them a call, and they explained why there system is better then all the other providers. So I made the switch to Comvoice and have not looked back. Everyone from Billing, to Support, and Installation was great. They promised they would give me a great phone system, with out any issues, and they have done that. They have hybrid system that is amazing, and the voice quality is great. If your tired of people complaining about the phone system, and having dropped calls, or quality issues. Then I would recommend Comvoice to everyone.
