I've been a RingCentral user for about one year now. Before that, I sued Onebox. I had issues with Onebox sending callers to voicemail and then only recording the first couple seconds of the message! So I switched to RingCentral. Feature wise, RingCentral is far superior with much better control over audio prompts and extensions. Additionally, I have never had a technical issue with RingCentral. However, trying to get my toll free number ported from Onebox was a nightmare (and it never happened). RingCentral assured me this would be no problem when I signed up for their service, but they never pulled through. Multiple calls to customer service produced no results. I'm a small business with three employees (and extensions for each).
About the minutes, you get a fixed number of minutes per month on your plan -- these are not rollover minutes. However, if you need minutes to use over the amount that comes with your plan and you purchase these, then they ARE rollover minutes -- they stay in your account until they are used and do not expire at the end of the month.
