I have a one box fax line and it always has problems. Clients get a busy tone and calls are disconnected automatically if one gets through. Technical support is the worse as they dont do anything except say " we are escalating to Technical Department and will send you email". Thats it and you will never hear from them again.
I called the sales guy (One Box Employee) and he disconnected my call and does not respond anymore. This is the state of service at OneBox. Dont use it.
