I have been with Ring Central since 2005, and the admin interface is the exact same as it has been since then. No real special features added.
I now realized they don't do call queueing, which is important now that my business is expanding. Also, I have noticed plenty of issues with call quality, and delays on the line when talking to customers. The last thing you want to be doing is interrupting your customers without trying to! Time to move on... I would suggest looking elsewhere.
