Ringcentral has the worst customer service of all of the providers. If they could combine their technology with the customer service of virtualpbx and my1voice, they would be great, but as it is, DO NOT waste your time or money.

LINE ALWAYS HAS PROBLEMS

I have a one box fax line and it always has problems. Clients get a busy tone and calls are disconnected automatically if one gets through. Technical support is the worse as they dont do anything except say " we are escalating to Technical Department and will send you email". Thats it and you will never hear from them again.

I called the sales guy (One Box Employee) and he disconnected my call and does not respond anymore. This is the state of service at OneBox. Dont use it.
