Several have been mentioned here that can do that however I would go with a provider with technology based off of call center technology. That would be PBfleX. Their service is not as well known but they have Interactive Intelligence as their technology. Its a 15 year old call center software. VERY robust and cost effective for what you want to do. A simple google search will find them.
