Check out www.aptela.com. Aptela has been around since the mid to late 1990s as a Hosted PBX provider and is an originator in the field. They incorporated Business VoIP into their solution several years ago. This is no fly-by night solution or Johnny-Come-Lately VoIP provider; they have multiple data centers, a Tier 1 only infrastructure, no contracts, no termination fees, and use open, unlocked, phones. This is the real deal. Stop messing around with Hosted Systems without outbound calling or residential VoIP without many features. Aptela is not sharing their network with millions of residential customers either, which is where many VoIP carriers focus, and which can jam the network on holidays. I have tried most of them, and this is the best.
