Hosted PBX Guide

Live Answering Service. At about thirty dollars a month, you get a real person from VoiceNation answering incoming phone calls for your business, taking orders, messages, forwarding calls, and similar administrative tasks.  It's not quite the same as having an employee (they don't know the ins and outs of your business), but it's a nice option for the right kind of customer.

Good For Lone Businessmen. For a single person running their own business, VoiceNation provides good service at a great price.  As soon as you hit two people, the deal isn't quite as good, but they've got a great deal for single-serving hosted PBX.

Limited Coverage. When checking to see what services are available through VoiceNation, you wind up being provided a map of the U.S., have to click a state, then search for the county you want.  So what you get from VoiceNation is somewhat dependant on region - which is not true with any of the other providers.

Simplified Services. While they do provide a very similar suite of features as their competitors, VoiceNation doesn't have the extra information about how they've taken those features and made them more useful or advanced.  Full details are still forthcoming on this, however.

Real Estate Specialty. For whatever reason, VoiceNation decided to build an extensive voicemail suite specialized for selling real estate.  Boiled down, it really comes to having particularly long recording space and specifically configured menus so that people can get listings, details on available houses by entering specific property numbers, and the like.  I imagine that some of the other providers could set you up similarly if you asked, but VoiceNation decided to make this one of their selling points.
